The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense Joint Enterprise (JPEO-CBRND) – Omnibus Program, Engineering and Technical Support (JE-OPETS) is a single Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract vehicle with centralized management that satisfies all recurring requirements for Systems Engineering/Technical Advisory and Program Management support across the JPEO-CBRND. The JPEO-CBD Joint Enterprise-Research, Development, Acquisition, Production/Procurement (JE-RDAP) contract is a multiple award, enterprise-wide omnibus IDIQ contract vehicle that provides future research, development, production/procurement, and fielding of CBRNE defense systems, equipment, and materiel. JE-RDAP will be a long term, Multiple Award, Enterprise-wide, omnibus contract that will allow Kalman, a WOSB Prime under W911QY-18-D-0090, to bid on task orders under the $8.3 billion hybrid contract estimated to complete by October 2027.
The General Services Administration’s (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract. Kalman holds a contract under the Small Business, Pool 3 vehicle designed to provide a full range of professional services across six core disciplines and five mission spaces with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level. The core disciplines/scope of the contract include program management, management consulting, logistics; engineering, scientific, and financial services to meet the professional service mission requirements of all Federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Community.
