Kalman provides total package fielding support including fielding, training, and deployment of assets. Our Logistics Analysts conduct, develop, and update equipment training materials and user guides in preparation for transition of fielded systems specific to the client’s needs. Kalman understands that a well-trained force is critical to reducing sustainment costs and maintaining high overall mission readiness levels.
Kalman interfaces with the client to develop, execute, and support logistics actions. Analyzing existing Supply Chain processes and architectures allows for the recommendation of enhancements to effectively implement program policy, methodologies, and processes to facilitate enterprise level worldwide operations. Analysts conduct inventory management of equipment at multiple locations, and ensure inventory transactions are conducted in accordance with regulations. Logistics Analysts track and maintain materials, parts inventory, and status information to expedite movement of material. Management of ordering and replenishment of assets; kitting, staging and shipping assets; identifying assets for repair and conducting necessary repairs.
