KALMAN HEADQUARTERS–VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia—January 2023–Kalman & Company, Inc. (Kalman) held its first in-person leadership summit since 2020. CEO, Barbara Kalman, assembled Kalman’s Executive Advisors, Vice Presidents, Directors, Program Managers, and key corporate staff to participate in a multi-day leadership discussion to assess the current and future challenges and opportunities for Kalman. The on-site collaboration brought leaders together from five of Kalman’s major work centers to discuss our valued people, clients, and programs and the policy and process enhancements Kalman is implementing to support them. It was a productive and energizing professional and social engagement that will yield dividends for the Kalman Team in the near-, mid- and long-term.
