VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA– Kalman & Company, Inc. (Kalman) is pleased to announce our competitively awarded prime contract for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Specialized Cost Services (SCS) II Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This multiple award BPA recognizes Kalman as a best in class services provider and will allow DHS clients to benefit from streamlined acquisition of Cost Estimating and Analysis services, Cost Estimating Data Warehouse and Data Analysis services, and Cost Estimating Training services to all Operational and Support Components within DHS.
Our extensive experience in applying the latest cost, economic, and financial analytical methods, as well as the latest data science techniques, will be utilized to develop comprehensive decision analysis in support of the DHS mission. We are proud to build upon our existing relationship with the DHS as a prime contractor on the DHS SCS II BPA.
